Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of AEY Vision. Please read them carefully — by using the service you agree to them.
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using AEY Vision, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Use of the service
You may use AEY Vision only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you add to AEY Vision. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you add.
Payments and subscriptions
Where paid plans apply, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with effect from your next billing period; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual property
AEY Vision and its underlying software remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the service to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is used unlawfully.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEY Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
